services.

Results vary depending on your goals, consistency, and starting point. Here’s a general guideline:

  • Nutrition Program: Expect improvements in energy, clarity around nutrition, and early consistency within
    4–6 weeks.
  • Performance Membership: Body composition changes, performance improvements, and optimized nutrition usually become noticeable within 8–12 weeks, with continued progress over months.

Remember: Metabolic testing gives you data-driven guidance, but results depend on following your personalized
plan consistently.

Our programs are science-based, structured, and designed for sustainable results — not shortcuts.

  • RMR Testing: Twice per year in the Nutrition Program
  • AMR Testing: Three times per year in the Performance Program

Regular testing allows us to adjust your nutrition and exercise plans based on real changes in metabolism.

  • Nutrition Program: Quarterly nutrition adjustments
  • Performance Program: 30-minute monthly session with accountability coach, plus quarterly nutrition and training adjustments

Yes! Our plans complement any existing fitness or nutrition programs, since your personalized plan is designed
to optimize your unique metabolism not replace your current routine.
